Shipping Policy

 

We always ship orders with tracking number so that customers could check the status of order. Please allow us one business day to process order. Orders placed on weekend or national holidays will be processed on Monday or the next day of the end of holidays.

 

Shipping Level

First-Class: the ground shipping service provided by USPS. It is typically delivered within 5 business days.

 

Priority: the express shipping service provided by USPS. Customers could expect to receive the package within 3 business days.

 

Q: Can I ship an order to APO/FPO address?

A: Yes, we respect men and women served in the military. However, we only offer First-Class service for orders going to APO/FPO address.

 

Q: Can I ship to the address outside of the US?

A: Yes, we accept international order and will ship by DHL. DHL supports most countries around the world. International shipping rate and estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.
