Refund policy

Customers can return unsatisfied socks within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Socks must be unworn and in the original package. APRIME keeps the right to determine the condition of returned socks and refuse to refund in case of socks not in unworn condition when we received your returns.

 

Q: What is the return process?

A: Email us at “aprime@aprimestore.com” or go to “Contact Us”, including your name, your email and order number. We will contact you and approve your return request within one business day.

 

Q: When can I expect to receive refund?

A: Please allow up to 3 business day to refund your order once we received the returned socks.

 

Q: Do you offer free shipping on returns?

A: At this moment, we are unable to offer free shipping or prepaid shipping label on returns.

 

Exchange Policy

Wrong size? No worries!

At APRIME, we work hard to make our customers feel happy with every pair of socks they bought. However, we understand it is inevitable that sometimes the size you selected may not fit your feet. Note that each order has only one opportunity to request exchange and limit to the same item but different size.

 

Q: Do you offer exchange to international order?

A: No, currently we only offer exchange to orders placed with the US address.

 

Q: How long will my exchange arrive?

A: Once we received your original item, we will ship your exchange order via USPS First-Class service, it usually takes3-5 business days for delivery.

 

Warranty

APRIME stands by every pair of socks we made. APRIME socks have a limited warranty period for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. Under the limited warranty, the replacement will be for the same style and size of the defective socks. Note that replacements are not eligible for further warranty.

 

Q: What does NOT include?

A: Failure to follow washing instruction;Fire damage; Damaged caused by cuts and tears; Discoloration.

 

Q: How to claim warranty service?

A: Take a photo on unsatisfied or defective socks, tell us your name, your email, your order number and the reason you don’t like it, send email to aprime@aprimestore.com
